In all the above, "member" refers to the whole family and includes any opt-in for the whole family.
I understand that if I moor a craft in the marina, it must be within the dimensions laid down in the mooring rules and details must be notified to the harbourmaster, before using an allocated mooring. The information provided in this form and any other information provided during the course of your application, will be used solely for the processing of your application, including payment processing, and if elected to membership, dealing with you as a member of RMBC The data will not be shared with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes with the exception of Canal and River Trust, for boat licensing. Upon leaving the club, all your data will be erased except for any required by HMRC. The club's records are kept on a cloud computing sytem. Data may be held outside the EEA and could be required by the local justice, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs
